They are committed to using the freshest produce with a focus on local. The lunch menu is perfect with great soups and salads like; Shrimp Bisque, Caesar Salad, Blacked Beef, Moroccan salad, Cobb, Mediterranean, Duck Liver, Mussels, and more. They also have some of the most unique sandwiches and burger's. Even though its just lunch the entrees are extensive with; Salmon, Chicken, Crab, Tuna, Shrimp, and Jambalaya all cooked and prepared in the most unique ways. The dinner menu is a standout with specially prepared Chicken Breast, Yellowfin Tuna, Salmon, Roasted Duck, Sirloin Steak, NY Strip, Filet Mignon, Rack of Lamb, Lamb Shank, Veal and much more. The view from the dining room at Marina Jack is perfect and the menu is just as good. The ingredients are locally sourced whenever possible to make sure each meal is fresh and flavorful. The restaurant was a Best of Sarasota winner and it is easy to see why. The preparation and seasonings make for a delicious meal. There are gluten free and vegetarian menus so there is something for everyone. Being on the water you know seafood would be one of their specialties. Start off with appetizers like; Mussels, Ahi Tuna, Oysters Rockefeller, Prawns, Shrimp, Calamari, and lobster, The soups and salads are perfect for that light meal with Crab Bisque, Caesar Salad, and Caprese Salad. There is tasty pasta selection with Lobster Carbonara, Creole Seafood and more. The seafood at this restaurant is perfectly prepared with Atlantic Salmon, Ahi Tuna, Trout, Grouper, Maine Lobster, and Sea Bass. There are terrific steaks as well including Filet Mignon, NY Strip, Surf and Turf and more. Make sure you try the signature entrees like the Bouillabaisse, Seafood Platter, Scallops, and short Ribs. The food is great and even better you don't need to pack the suit because the dress is casual.

MoZaic is a descriptive name for this restaurant. The cuisine is an interesting blend of foods and flavors from Southern Europe, America, and Northern Africa. The food is fresh, healthy and tasty. The restaurant tries to source as many of the ingredients as possible with produce from local farmers and seafood from local waters. This local sourcing is evident, the seasonal ingredients translate to fresh tasting food. The Mediterranean flavors of fennel, garlic, olive oil, saffron, and more are creatively used to deliver some of the most flavorful food of any of the Sarasota restaurants. The menu is full of amazing flavors. Start with some delicious soups, Lobster and Clam, Chilled Cinnamon Peach, or Tomato. The salads are refreshing with Baby Arugula or Organic Greens. Its hard to choose an appetizer because they are all so good; Escargot, Pan Seared Scallops, Spinach Gnocchi, and more. The salads are superb with Asian Chicken Salad, Steak Salad, and Salmon Salad. The sandwiches are the best with Kobe Club, Mahi Mahi, Lobster Rolls, Chicken Panini, Beef, Burger's and more. The restaurant also has a great lunch selection of Grilled seafood. The dinner menu is delicious with Snapper, Seared Scallops, Grouper, Crab Cakes, Salmon, Fresh Gulf Shrimp, Seafood Pasta, Gluten Free, and so much more. Libby's Restaurant is not only a great place for lunch or dinner, it is also a great place to sit down with friends, savor a few cocktails and munch on some great bar food.

The Oyster and Raw Bar features a large selection of Clam and Oysters from New England to Washington. The restaurant has a great Calamari Salad, and appetizers like Alligator, Shrimp, Mussels, Octopus, Salmon, Crab, and Caviar. The soups are delicious with refreshing Gazpacho, Chowder, Bisque and more. The main entrees are always changing depending on availability but you will always delicious seafood pasta entrees. Entrees like Scampi, Gumbo, Coconut Chicken, Porterhouse, Filet, Sirloin Steaks are just a few of the specialties. The seafood entrees are the real stars with Black Grouper, Swordfish, Monkfish, Salmon, Corvina, Sole, Tuna, Cobia, Scallops, Lobster, Crab Claws, King Crab and so much more.
